Withdrawal from the Agreement
If you are a privileged buyer, meaning:
A) a consumer
or
B) a natural person for whom the agreement concluded with us is directly related to your business activity but does not have a professional character for you
- you generally have the right to withdraw from the distance agreement.
You can withdraw from the agreement by submitting a statement of withdrawal to us, for example, via an email message sent to the address: shop@2eleven.pl.
You can withdraw from the agreement within 14 days.
The 14-day period for withdrawal from the agreement begins from the date you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, take possession of the goods. In the case of an agreement that includes several goods delivered separately, in batches, or in parts, the period starts from the possession of the last item, batch, or part.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send the statement before its expiration.
Return the goods to us promptly, but no later than 14 days from the day you withdraw from the agreement, to the following address: ul. Żarecka 2, 42-350 Lgota-Nadwarcie.
We will refund any payments made by you promptly and in accordance with the rules set out in the Store's Terms and Conditions, but no later than 14 days from the day we receive your statement of withdrawal from the agreement.
If we have not offered to collect the goods from you ourselves, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof of their return, whichever occurs earlier.
Please note that the right of withdrawal from a distance agreement does not apply to certain types of contracts, including contracts:
in which the subject of the performance is non-prefabricated goods made to your specifications or personalized to meet your individual needs;
in which the subject of the performance is perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life;
in which the subject of the performance is goods delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the packaging was opened after delivery;
in which the subject of the performance is sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in sealed packaging if the packaging was opened after delivery.

Complaints
The following information applies to privileged buyers. If you are not a privileged buyer, please refer to our Store's Terms and Conditions for detailed information regarding complaints.
If we fail to fulfill the agreement concluded with you properly, you have the right to submit a complaint - preferably to the email address: shop@2eleven.pl or by mail to the address ul. Żarecka 2, 42-350 Lgota-Nadwarcie.
As a rule, we are responsible for any lack of conformity of the goods with the agreement existing at the time of delivery and revealed within two years from that moment.
According to the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act, in such a situation, you may demand:
a) replacement of the goods
or
b) repair of the goods.
In some cases, you may also:
a) withdraw from the agreement
or
b) submit a statement about reducing the price
