Our balls are manufactured using the highest quality materials and state-of-the-art technologies, ensuring precise molding and stitching of the ball components. By employing innovative technologies, we achieve excellent aerodynamic properties and longer durability. 2. Is the Street Culture ball stitched or glued?
The ball is made using the Hybrid technology, which means it is first stitched and then glued to provide longer-lasting connections.

3. I have decided to purchase a ball. What delivery method should I choose?
Since we ship each ball in a specially designed box, we recommend selecting the "HANDLE WITH CARE" additional delivery option. It ensures that the box will not be damaged during transportation. 4. Can I make a purchase in a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store. We exclusively operate online.

5. Do I need to register to make purchases on the 2ELEVEN.pl online store?

Registration is not mandatory. You can make purchases without creating an account. However, this means you won't have access to order history, and you will need to provide your details again for future purchases.

6. How can I register?

You can return the purchased goods in accordance with the return policy. The return must be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment.

2ELEVEN.pl always sends goods in the best and undamaged condition. However, in rare cases, the situation may be different. If you receive damaged or faulty goods, please contact Customer Service.
